Our services cover all stages from the preliminary design to detailed structural design, produce, prefabrication, transport, and the installation of construction work on site.
Process
1.DESIGN
During schematic design Sunframe Facade will assist the architect and the design team in establishing the performance criteria of the facade. This will include evaluation of the design options that could prevents surprises in the later phase of the design such as when features or visual elements are “discovered” to be unworkable or too costly. With our input, these issues are addressed before the design evolves too far.

Review of architectural drawings focusing on the constructability of the facade intent
Review of wind pressure and structure that can withstand.
Review of the facade modulation in relation to available materials

2.OPTIMIZING
At this stage Sunframe Facade will developed façade design details incorporating all design aspects, this includes local wind pressure requirements, thermal requirements, structural integrity, air and water infiltration requirement, smoke and fire stop, integration of building maintenance restrain, consideration of facade lightning protection and integration of facade lighting.

3.BIDDING ASSISTANCE
Sunframe Facade will prepare a set of construction documents of the facade to be use for bidding and contract documents. This includes facade system details of each wall types, technical performance specification and mockup scope. We will coordinate with the design team to insure that all requirements are considered in the documents package.

4.VISUAL MOCK-UP
Then Sunframe Facade will provide review of Mock-up shop drawings and will observe the mock-up testing process and document the result.

5.SHOP DRAWING REVIEW
After the approval of the mock up specimen, we will provide review and documentation of the shop drawings and calculation submittals in accordance to the approved mock up drawings and specification.

6.PERFORMANCE TESTING
We design and manufacture highly performing solutions which undergo laboratory tests to certify air, water, and wind tightness of the project specification.

7.MANUFACTURE
Achieving the highest quality is our goal.

8.PREFABRICATION
Our factories over 50,000 sq. m.
CNC department with 10 machining centres (3-4-5 axes) capable of processing a variety of aluminium profiles, 6 units assembly lines with an annual average production capacity of 200,000 sq.m., 2 separate mounted assembly areas for large and non-repetitive special products and logistics, quality, packing.
9.INSTALLATION
We have different installation schemes according to the different needs of customers. Installation team or senior guaidance are both avaible.
