Shipping Policy

Perform in accordance with the shipping terms of the contract.

Production time will be informed buyer before order confirmed.

Production time: the time between when the order confirmed( deposit received) and when the order is ready to ship.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation:
All the order is only allowed to be canceled before the production.

Conditions of return
(1)Return period: within 2 days of receiving the product.
(2)Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:
Receiving the wrong product: huge parameter bias between product and the technical drawing, and can’t be used normally;
a)Wrong product produced from manufacturer - Manufacturer will arrange for re-production accordingly
b)Wrong product due to technical drawing from buyer - Manufacturer provide assistance services
(3)The return process
Please contact us in advance. We will process the application within 5-7 working days and reply you the processing result. We will reject all packages that without our agreement.

Refund
(1)Refund limit:
Applicable circumstances for full refund: customers send back the products in good condition and afford the shipping fee
(2)Refund process:
a)After we receive the returned product, we will enter the refund process, the money will back to your account within 3-10 working days.
